In order to vote via internet, registered overseas absentee voters must pre-enrol.

The Philippine Embassy in Rome, Italy informs all registered overseas voters in Italy, Malta and San Marino that the official link for pre-voting enrollment for internet voting is available through: https://ov.comelec.gov.ph/enroll

Pre-voting enrolment is only until 07 May 2025.
