Overseas Filipinos learn Mabini's True Decalogue. Philippine Ambassador to Italy Domingo P. Nolasco shares the teachings of Apolinario Mabini's True Decalogue with members of the Filipino community in Rome during the Embassy's commemoration of the 154th Birth Anniversary of Mabini. An exhibit on “The True Decalogue of Apolinario Mabini” was displayed at the consular section of the Embassy as part of the commemoration.
