ROME, ITALY 30 April 2018 – On 27 April 2018, representatives of the Philippine Embassy in Rome, led by Vice Consul Nadine Rosario M. Morales, together with Consul Francesco Mortelliti, a.h. of the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Reggio Calabria, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Renato Accorinti, incumbent Mayor of Messina, Italy on the occasion of the Embassy’s Consular Outreach Mission in Messina on 28-29 April 2018.

During the courtesy visit, the Embassy expressed gratitude to the City of Messina for providing Palazzo Zanca, which serves as the City Hall of Messina, as the venue for the mission.

Mayor Renato Accorinti likewise expressed his appreciation for the Filipino Community in Messina for their dedication, hard work, humility, honor, unity, and fairness. END
