Cultural Diplomacy and Overseas Filipino Migrants. Philippine Ambassador to Italy Domingo Nolasco encouraged the Filipino Community to stay connected with their Filipino heritage by promoting the Filipino language and fostering positive image during the closing ceremony of 2017 Philippine Pavilion at the 57th Venice Art Biennale held at the church of Santa Maria della Fava in Venice, Italy on November 26.
