05 June 2017 ROME — Sick and disabled persons were among those who availed of the consular services provided by the Philippine Embassy in Rome to Filipino nationals in the province of Palermo from May 27 to 28.

The consular outreach team headed by Consul General Adrian Bernie Candolada completed a total of 675 transactions and services during the consular outreach. Of this number, 405 were services related to applications for passport renewal.

The Philippine Overseas Labor Office- Rome (POLO-Rome) also completed 259 membership registrations for the Overseas Workers Welfare Fund and 84 applications for its BalikManggagawa (BM) Online.

The consular outreach in Palermo was organized by the Philippine Embassy in Rome in coordination with the Philippine Honorary Consulate in Palermo.
