12 May 2017 TIRANA, ALBANIA — The Philippine Embassy in Rome provided consular services and held consultation meetings with the Filipino community in Tirana, Albania from May 07 to 08. The activity was in collaboration with the Philippine Honorary Consul Loritan Prespa and Filipino volunteers in Tirana led by Sr. Olga Cristobal of the Religious of the Good Shepherd (RGS) and Mr. Ronnie Momandre, representative of the Filipino community.

Consul General Adrian Bernie Candolada encouraged the community to strengthen further their unity to effectively promote their interests and welfare.

There are about 60 Filipino workers in Albania in spa, restaurant, and construction sectors.
