04-05 July 2015 – Filipinos residing and working in the Tuscan Region of Italy flocked to Teatro Reims, Via Gran Bretagna in Florence to avail of consular services by the Philippine Embassy led by Vice Consul Kristine Margret Malang in an outreach co-organized by the Philippine Consulate General in Florence.

During the outreach, Filipino families took the opportunity to apply for passport and civil registry services. Special priority was extended to infants and senior citizens and those who find it difficult to travel to Rome. 

At the end of the outreach, the six (6) member consular team was able to process 342 passports, 48 notarials and authentication, 13 civil registry documents, and 284 overseas voting registration.

The next consular outreach will be held on 18-19 July 2015 in Malta. - END
