11-12 April 2015 - A six member consular team from the Philippine Embassy Rome headed by Vice Consul Margret Malang visited Catania in the island of Sicily and processed 161 Passport Renewal Applications, 8 Reports of Birth, 2 Dual Citizenship Applications, 1 Certificate and 161 new overseas voters.

During the outreach, the Philippine Consulate in Palermo, headed by Consul Antonio di Liberto, a. h. also rendered services through the conduct of notarial and authentication services to at least 20 Filipinos.

The Philippine Labor Office (POLO) headed by Acting Labor Attache Loreta Vergara also joined the consular services together with representatives from OWWA, Pag-Ibig and SSS. END
