Upon the invitation of the religious congregation Suore Ospedaliere della Misericordia, Consul General Leila C. Lora-Santos with Attache Benilda Carillo attended on 11 May 2014 the 25th anniversary of religious profession of Filipino nuns of the congregation, namely:

The Suore Ospedaliere della Misericordia is a religious congregation of women religious hospital workers who has made a vow to care for the sick.
The congregation was founded in 16 May 1821 in Rome at the Hospital of St. John Lateran to respond to the urgent need of the time to care of the sick in the hospital.
