Leaders for Heritage. On 6 May 2019 at the Embassy’s chancery, Philippine Ambassador to Itay Domingo P. Nolasco encouraged members of the Filipino community in Rome to act as leaders in the protection and preservation of Philippine cultural and historical heritage on the occasion of Philippine National Heritage Month, celebrated every May. Ambassador Nolasco conveyed that overseas Filipinos are in the best position to be good representatives of Philippine heritage abroad.
