IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT FOR OUR KABABAYANS IN MALTA

 

On 16-17 April 2016, the Embassy of the Philippines in Rome will conduct an Outreach Mission in Malta.

 

Venue: Multipurpose Hall of the Millennium Chapel, Church St., St. Julian’s Malta.

 

Time: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Saturday)

           9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Sunday)     

         (Note: the service will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis)

 

Services to be rendered:

  1. Application/Renewal of Passports
  2. Civil Registry (Reports of Birth, Marriage and Death)
  3. Legal Services – Sinumpaang Salaysay (Affidavits), Special Power of Attorney (SPA), NBI Application
  4. Verification of Employment Contracts
  5. Balik-Manggagawa On-line (BM On-line) Registration Assistance
  6. OWWA Membership Processing
  7. SSS Membership Processing

2016 National Elections:

A COMELEC-deputized official, specifically a member of the Special Ballot Reception and Custody Group (SBRCG), will join the outreach mission to hand-over the electoral mailing packets to registered voters in Malta (http://www.romepe.dfa.gov.ph/images/2016/2016PDF/Malta_with_details.pdf) and collect the sealed envelopes containing the accomplished ballots.

On Sunday, 17 April 2016, Philippine Ambassador Domingo P. Nolasco will meet with the community from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
