The Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy Rome will conduct a hearing on 21 September 2015 to consider the list of registered voters who failed to vote in two (2) consecutive national elections. 

After the hearing, the RERB shall issue an Order of Deactivation which shall contain the names of those whose registration records have been considered deactivated.
