ANNOUNCEMENT

The Philippine Embassy in Rome encourages everyone to register as overseas voters to be able to vote for the 2016 Presidential Elections.

For ease in registration, everyone is advised to register ONLINE or through the iREHISTRO facility, following the procedure below:

1. Go to http://irehistro.com/ or http://www.comelec.gov.ph/
2. Select the type of application from the list;
3. Fill out the online application form;
4. Select the preferred appointment date and time for biometrics capturing (optional);
5. Submit the form and print. DO NOT SIGN THE ACCOMPLISHED/PRINTED FORM.
6. Present the accomplished form to Window 8 of the Consular Section;
7. Sign the accomplished form IN THE PRESENCE OF THE COMELEC REPRESENTATIVE AT THE POST.
8. Submit to biometrics capturing.

Registration through iREHISTRO is available beginning today, 05 May 2015 until 31 October 2015.
