1. A total of 42 applications for passports have been received and pre-registered by the Philippine Embassy in Rome. The list of pre-registered applicants can be accessed using this link:

2. Passport processing will be on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-registered applicants will be given priority. Their application forms have already been properly evaluated.

3. For those who have not sent their passport applications, you may still email a scanned copy of your application form, copy of your current passport and other requirements to romepe2007@gmail.com. The list of requirements can be downloaded from:

4. Original application form and copies of requirements should be brought during the outreach mission.

5. All passport applicants are reminded to bring their original Philippine passports and permesso di soggiorno for identification. Those who have dual citizenships are required to present a copy of their Original Identification Certificate as evidence of their acquisition of Filipino citizenship.

6. An Original Birth Certificate from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is a passport requirement for the following applicants:

a. Minors (17 and below). Minors should be accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian during the passport application.
b. Those with passports where the city or municipality of their place of birth is not reflected (for those born in the Philippines only).
