AMBASSADOR REYES JOINS AUDIENCE WITH THE HOLY FATHER

On 11 September 2013, Ambassador Virgilio A. Reyes, Jr. joined thousands of pilgrims during Pope Francis’ weekly Audience at the St. Peter’s Square. The Holy Father reflected on the image of the Church as a mother.: 1) the Church gives us the gift of life; 2) the Church nourishes us, helps us to grow, teaches us the path to follow, and accompanies us in life and; 3) it is our mission as Christians to go forth and share in the maternity of the Church by bringing others to a life of faith.
