ADVISORY CONSULAR OUTREACH IN MESSINA

1. Passport processing will be on a first-come-first served basis.

2. Pre-registered applicants will be given priority. Their application forms have already been properly evaluated. Please refer to the list of pre-registered applicants for Messina Outreach.

3. It is recommended that pre-registered applicants arrive on the suggested day according to the list of pre-registered applicants to facilitate the volume of applications.

4. All passport applicants are reminded to bring their original Philippine passports and permesso di soggiorno for identification. Those who have dual citizenships are required to present a copy of their Original Identification Certificate as evidence of their acquisition of Filipino citizenship.

5. An Original Birth Certificate/Report of Birth from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is a passport requirement for the following applicants:

a. Minors (17 and below). Minors should be accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian during the passport application.
b. Those with passports where the city or municipality of their place of birth is not reflected (for those born in the Philippines only).
