The Embassy of the Philippines wishes to inform the public that pursuant to Immigration Memorandum Circular No. JHM-2020-140 issued by the Bureau of Immigration on 20 July 2020, foreigners who are holders of the following long-term visas and their dependents, will now be allowed to enter the Philippines starting 01 August 2020:

1. Series of visas under Section 13 of Commonwealth Act No. 613 (CA 613) or the “Philippine Immigration Act of 1940” which includes:

  • ● Temporary Resident Visa for foreign nationals married to a Filipino citizen (based on CA 613, Sec. 13 (a))
    ● Temporary Resident Visa for Indian nationals married to a Filipino citizen (based on Memorandum Order Nos. ADD-01-38 and ADD-02-15)
    ● Permanent Resident Visa for Chinese nationals married to a Filipino citizen (based on CA 613, Sec. 13 (a) and Memorandum Order No. MCL-07-021)
    ● Native Born Visa for foreigners born in the Philippines with at least one (1) parent holding a permanent resident status (based on CA 613, Sec. 13 (c))

2. Holders of Permanent Resident Visa under Executive Order No. 324 s. 1988

3. Holders of Permanent Resident Visa under Republic Act No. 7919 s. 1995 or the “Alien Social Integration Act of 1995

The above-mentioned foreign nationals shall be subjected to the following conditions:

1. Must have valid and existing visa at the time of entry;
2. With pre-booked accredited quarantine facility;
3. With pre-booked COVD-19 testing provider; and
4. Subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers as set by the National Task Force for COVID-19.
