Consular Services

1. Application/Renewal of Passports
2. Civil Registry (Report of Birth, Marriage, and Death)
3. Notarization (Acknowledgement; NBI Clearance Application)
4. Dual Citizenship

Note: Certifications of Driver’s Licenses and other certifications cannot be provided at the outreach site.

Passport applicants are advised to bring the following:

a. Original current Philippine passport
b. Valid Carta d’Identita or Permesso di Soggiorno or Permit to Stay
c. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics
Authority or original and photocopy of Report of Birth issued by the Philippine
Embassy in Rome (for minor and adult applicants who will be required to submit)

Partner Agency Services

1. OWWA Membership (New and Renewal)
2. Issuance of Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)
3. Balik-Manggagawa Online Assistance
4. Information Desk (iDOLE, Trainings and Programs)

OFWs who wish to avail themselves of services 1-4 are advised to bring a photocopy of their:
a) passport; b) residence permit; and c) latest INPS contributions for easier transactions.
