Overseas Filipino Workers who wish to avail themselves of the partner agencies’ services above are advised to bring a photocopy of their: a) passport; b) residence permit; and c) latest INPS contributions for easier transactions.
5. SSS Services
Passport applicants are advised to bring the following:
1. Original current Philippine passport
2. Valid Carta d’Identita or Permesso di Soggiorno or Permit to Stay
3. Original and photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics
Authority or original and photocopy of Report of Birth issued by the Philippine
Embassy in Rome (for minor and adult applicants who were advised to submit)
