CONSULAR OUTREACH IN CAGLIARI

1. A total of 253 applications for passports have been pre-registered by the Philippine Embassy in Rome. Applicants who submitted their application forms early and whose passports will expire this year were priority. Applicants who submitted their forms but were not on the list will be included in the next consular outreach which will be scheduled in the first quarter of next year. 2. Passport processing will be on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-registered passport applicants arriving at the consular outreach mission venue should immediately sign their names on the Embassy’s Pre-Registered Applicants Sign-up Sheet to facilitate the queue.

3. Pre-registered applicants are the priority. Their application forms have already been properly evaluated.

4. It is recommended that pre-registered applicants arrive on the suggested day according to the list of pre-registered applicants for better management of the volume of applications. 5. Those whose passports applications have not been given clearance are advised to see the consular staff for assistance.

6. All applicants are reminded to bring their original Philippine passports, Permits to Stay or Identity Cards. Dual citizens are required to present their original Identification Certificate as evidence of their re-acquisition of Filipino citizenship.

7. An original Birth Certificate/Report of Birth from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is a passport requirement for the following applicants:
     a. For Minors (17 and below). Minors should be accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian during the passport application.
     b. Those with passports where the city or municipality of their place of birth is not reflected (for those born in the Philippines only).
     c. Those with Green Passports, Machine Readable Passports (Maroon) and any older passports.
