1. A total of 145 applications for passports have been received and pre-registered by the Philippine Embassy in Rome. The list of pre-registered applicants can be accessed using this link:
2. Applicants with asterisks on their names in the list have passport requirement issues and are advised to contact the Embassy through email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or via Facebook Messenger addressed to @PHinItaly.
3. Passport processing will be on a first-come, first served basis. Pre-registered passport applicants arriving at the consular mission venue should immediately sign their names on the Embassy’s Pre-Registered Applicants Sign-up Sheet to facilitate the queue.
4. Pre-registered applicants are the priority. Their application forms have already been properly evaluated.
5. It is recommended that pre-registered applicants arrive on the suggested day according to the list of pre-registered applicants to facilitate the volume of applications.
6. Those whose passport applications have not been given clearance are advised to see the consular staff for assistance.
7. All applicants are reminded to bring their original Philippine passports, Permits of stay or Identity Cards. Those who are dual citizens are required to present a copy of their Original Identification Certificate as evidence of their reacquisition of Filipino citizenship.
8. An original Birth Certificate/Report of Birth from the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is a passport requirement for the following applicants:
a) Minors (17 and below). Minors should be accompanied by their mother, father or legal guardian during the passport application.
b) Those with passports where the city or municipality of their place of birth is not reflected (for those born in the Philippines only).
